Once a graphic layout has been approved, the production process truly begins. Using the finalized design, we generate the files required by our printer and plotter to produce a master production file. To ensure long-lasting performance, we use only premium-grade reflective vinyl materials known for their durability and resilience.
To maintain the integrity of the installation, any lights or fixtures located within the graphic area are temporarily removed. This minimizes the need for cutouts, which are more susceptible to failure from water and ice buildup. Additionally, we print full panels to avoid seams between colors, significantly reducing potential failure points.
After the graphics have been applied to an ambulance, we perform a post-heating process. This critical step activates the adhesive bond and ensures a smooth, bubble-free finish, contributing to the overall longevity and appearance of the installation.
